美国要求欧洲提供对乌克兰的安全保障

四名欧洲消息人士周六表示，美国已要求欧洲各国政府说明它们能在乌克兰安全保障方面提供哪些支持。

According to four European sources, the United States has reached out to European capitals to inquire about their potential contributions to Ukraine’s security.

消息人士称，美国已发送了一份文件，其中包括关于未来可能派遣部队的问题。两名消息人士补充说，该文件在本周早些时候已发送。

Sources revealed that the U.S. had distributed a document posing questions about possible troop commitments, with two of them specifying that it was sent earlier this week.

《金融时报》率先报道，美国政府已要求其欧洲盟友提供有关武器、维和部队及安全安排的信息，以评估对乌克兰的支持能力。

The Financial Times first reported that Washington had asked its European partners to outline what they could offer in terms of weaponry, peacekeeping forces, and security measures for Ukraine.

One European diplomat familiar with the document stated that the purpose was to assess European allies’ perspectives on a potential negotiation framework to resolve the conflict, as well as their level of involvement alongside the United States.

The document reportedly contained six questions, with one specifically directed at European Union member states, according to a diplomat.

乌克兰总统Volodymyr Zelenskiy周六呼吁建立一支欧洲军队，认为欧洲已无法确保得到美国的保护，只有建立强大的军事力量，才能赢得华盛顿的尊重。

On Saturday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called for the formation of a European army, arguing that Europe could no longer rely on U.S. protection and that only a strong military would earn Washington’s respect.

“一些美国官员正在接触欧洲各国政府，询问它们愿意派遣多少士兵，”另一名外交官透露。

A third diplomat mentioned that American officials had been reaching out to European capitals to gauge their willingness to send troops.

美国国务院未立即对此事作出回应。

The U.S. State Department has not yet provided a response on the matter.
